I work in a camera/photo shop and today the framer was putting together a frame for a very large movie poster. It wound up being the french movie poster for the 1959 film Suddenly, Last Summer starring Elizabeth Taylor, Montgomery Clift, and Katharine Hepburn.

The poster was very large in size, it stood as tall as me. The poster belongs to the neighbor of the store's owner, Peter Weller. If that name sounds familiar, it's because Weller is most famous for his role as Robocop in the 1987 film of the same name.

The poster is signed to Peter Weller by the films producer Sam Spiegel, or at least that is what I am told. The size and condition of this piece of art is wonderful. I only wish it were mine.

There wasn't much of a point to this post, except to share a Classic Hollywood moment in everyday life.
